A team for Destination Dawah visited Malawi to experience dawah work on the ground. Together with outreach specialists, they went from house to house inviting people to attend Islamic classes and teaching communities about the message of Islam. Their mission was to call people to worship Allah alone and help them understand the purpose of life.
During one of the outreach visits, the team came across an elderly man sitting outside his house. They greeted him warmly and asked if they could speak with him for a few minutes. The old man kindly agreed. The brothers invited him to attend the dawah classes, but he explained that he had suffered a stroke and was unable to walk properly.

The team made dua for him and told him that they could still talk with him there at his home. They explained that they were Muslims who had come to share the message of worshipping one God alone. As the conversation continued, they spoke about the purpose of life and why Allah created mankind. The elderly man listened carefully and showed deep interest in everything he was hearing.
As the discussion came to an end, the message touched his heart. Alhamdulillah, the old man decided to accept Islam and took his Shahadah right there at his home.
