IERA Reporting System Gets a Supercharged Upgrade in January 2024!

Attention IERA users! Exciting news! The IERA Reporting System received a significant upgrade in January 2024, particularly for the Super Admin account. This update empowers Super Admins with global access and enhanced reporting capabilities, allowing them to efficiently manage dawah activities across all continents.

What’s New in the Super Admin Account:

  1. Global Monthly Report: Get a bird’s-eye view of dawah efforts worldwide with detailed summaries of Shahadahs, shared Islam statistics, attendance figures, and new Muslim profiles. Data is categorized by source (mega mass dawahs, regular mass dawahs, new Muslim classes, door-to-door dawahs) and presented in clear graphs and country rankings. The data is further categorized based on the source, such as mega mass dawahs, regular mass dawahs, new Muslim classes, and door-to-door dawahs. Graphs and country rankings accompany these reports, available for both weekly and daily summaries.

The figures below demonstrate this:

  1. Single Country Summaries and Reports: Within this dedicated section, an expansive range of features has been seamlessly integrated, presenting the Super Admin with comprehensive access akin to that of the Country Admin.

The following highlights encapsulate the updates within this domain:

  • Country Summaries: The initial page encompasses a chronological compilation of country summaries since the inception of the system. These summaries encompass vital metrics such as Shahadahs, instances of shared Islam, and new Muslim profiles. Furthermore, visual aids, including charts, elucidate the country’s performance trends over the months. Additional charts delve into the distribution of shared Islam, distinguishing between male and female Shahadahs. A visual representation below elucidates the seamless integration of these transformative changes.

  • Area-Based Summaries: This extension encompasses summaries and reports at varying hierarchical levels, including district, region, and village reporting. Each level provides essential insights into Shahadahs, shared Islam instances, and new Muslim profiles. For instance, at the district level, a comprehensive overview includes all regions and villages within that specific district. As one progresses through regions and villages, the system allows the extraction of attendance data for each new Muslim in these areas.

  • Performance Scoresheets: A vital addition involves performance evaluations for Outreach specialist teams in each country. Monthly and quarterly scoring boards are now available, both for the current and previous months and quarters. This empowers the Super Admin to generate performance scorecards for any country within the continent, fostering a dynamic assessment of team achievements.
  • Country-Based Reports: In mirroring the structure of reports available to the Super Admin, monthly, weekly, and daily reports are accessible within the Country Admin account. However, these reports are tailored to a specific country. This meticulous arrangement ensures that the Super Admin can effortlessly examine the performance metrics of a single country across different time intervals. The clarity of this integration is elucidated in the accompanying image.
  • Teams Information: The system now provides detailed insights into the number of coordinators and Outreach specialists in a given country. This feature enables seamless navigation to any country, allowing access to information about the number of coordinators and Outreach specialist teams. Further exploration includes a team-level summary for each team on a monthly basis. Additionally, detailed information about individual Outreach specialists, including notes added by officials in their respective countries, is readily available for review.
  1. Data:

The update includes detailed data on mega mass dawahs, new Muslim classes, door-to-door dawahs, and off-field door-to-door activities. This information is accessible at different levels, ranging from Continental down to Team level. The Super Admin can delve into the specifics of each activity through a view button, offering a raw data perspective.

Overall, these updates aim to:

  • Enhance reporting capabilities: Gain deeper insights and make informed decisions based on comprehensive data.
  • Improve administrative efficiency: Streamline tasks and access information more easily.
  • Increase transparency and accountability: Track performance and monitor progress across all levels.

Looking Ahead to February 2024:

The IERA team is committed to continuous improvement. In February, expect exciting developments like:

  • System pilot in Latin America: Ecuador and Mexico will be the first to experience the latest features.
