iERA Uganda stood firm through the rains and three people embraced Islam

The iERA team in Uganda had set of to organize a new Muslim class in a village that had recently had a touch with Islam.

While on the rain, their resilience was tested when the skies poured with rains.

The team remained undeterred an pressed on with the journey until they arrived at the village the event was to take place.

Upon their arrival, they were surprised that the weather and the rains did nor prevent the new Muslims from making it to the location for the class.

This action further strengthened them to be confident in the effort to spread the religion of Allah.

The team successfully took the new Muslims through the class and at the end of the lessons, the new Muslims demonstrated their understanding to what had been taught by answering questions that get thrown to them by the dedicated Duat.

At the end of the session, the speaker asked if there were any people present who had not taking their shahadah and four people raised their hands.

According to them, they have not embraced the faith because they still did not understand what it meant to be a Muslim.

Without hesitation, the Duat took out time to clearly explain what the principles and tenets of the faith was.

At the end of the day, three out of the four people who raised their hands embraced Islam and declared their shahadah.

During their spot-checking tour, the team visited three villages, and they were impressed by the high attendance rates and the level of understanding displayed by the participants.

It was evident that the outreach specialists were diligently following the syllabus and providing effective guidance.
