In on of the villages in the Southern Highlands of Tanzania, a woman had embraced Islam on the very first encounter she had with the iERA team.
In her own words, she expressed how grateful she is to the team that brought her to her new faith.
she said, “I thank Allah for allowing me to embrace Islam, because my life has truly changed. I used to sell alcohol and would drink a litre or more every day, but since becoming a Muslim, I have given it all up. Honestly, I am so happy”.
The Duat took time out to take her through the principles of Islam and what the religion required from its followers.
Shh learnt through the interaction that alcohol is prohibited in Islam t either sell or consume and this really resonated with her, knowing very well what it does to the body when one takes it.
She also admitted that her greatest desire at the moment in for her mom to also embrace Islam as her way of life and attain salvation through it.
She has, through the effort of the Duat attained enlightenment in the best of ways.
