Role Overview
iERA is seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join its IT department. The role focuses on building modern, responsive, and high-quality frontend applications using Next.js and React.
Key Objectives
- Create responsive and user-friendly web interfaces
- Build interactive features that enhance engagement
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Translate UI/UX designs into functional code
- Maintain brand consistency across platforms
- Optimise performance, speed, and scalability
- Ensure accessibility standards are met
Responsibilities
- Must be a practising Muslim
- Design, develop, and deploy UI components
- Build reusable and well-tested frontend components
- Implement responsive design
- Integrate REST APIs and manage JWT authentication
- Write unit tests and maintain documentation
- Troubleshoot and optimise applications
- Ensure stable deployments and release processes
- Participate in sprint planning and team collaboration
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of frontend/full-stack experience
- Strong React / Next.js expertise
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar frameworks
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility
- Experience with REST APIs and JWT authentication
- Proficiency in Git
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred:
- Experience with TypeScript
- Familiarity with Webpack or Vite
- Experience with React Native
- Understanding of SEO principles
