Sister Khadijah had only recently embraced Islam. Though her heart was at peace with her decision, she often found herself overwhelmed with questions. How do I pray correctly? What should I do when my family criticizes me? Am I alone in this journey?
One day, she came across our Weekly Live Q & A session for New Muslims and decided to join. As she logged in, she felt a mix of nervousness and excitement, but within minutes she realized she had found something special.
The session wasn’t just about rulings and explanations—it was a place of warmth, patience, and understanding. She was free to ask questions without judgment, and every answer was given with gentleness and clarity.

What touched her most was when the mentor shared stories of the companions of the Prophet ﷺ who were once reverts just like her. She listened in awe as she heard how people like Mus’ab bin umayr, Abubakar Assidiq etc struggled, faced rejection, and yet remained steadfast.
As she heard these stories, tears welled in her eyes. “I’m not alone,” she thought. “Even the earliest Muslims faced what I’m facing now.”
At the end of the session, Amina eagerly shared her feedback:
“This weekly Q & A is a blessing for me. I never knew most companions of the Prophet SAW were reverts…”
For her, the session was more than just knowledge—it was a lifeline, a community, and a reminder that her journey, though challenging, was part of a noble path walked by the best of people before her.
