A student at Accra Technical University, who wishes to remain anonymous, had been silently admiring Islam for some time. Despite being raised in a non Muslim household, he found himself drawn to the teachings of the Quran and the life of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
However, fear of his parents’ reaction held him back from openly embracing Islam. His parents, who have been caring for him, had always been against the idea of him becoming a Muslim.
That was until he met some brothers from Iera Ghana, who engaged him in thoughtful conversations about Islam. They shared verses from the Quran, explained the principles of Islam, and answered his questions with kindness and patience.

The student’s heart began to open, and he realized that Islam was the truth he had been searching for. But fear still gripped him fear of rejection, fear of losing his parents’ love and support.
One day, after much contemplation, he decided to take a leap of faith. He reached out to the brothers from Iera Ghana and expressed his desire to become a Muslim. They welcomed him with open arms, and he took his Shahada, embracing Islam as his faith.
The student, now a proud Muslim, is grateful for the brothers’ support and guidance. He hopes that his story will inspire others who may be facing similar struggles, and that they too will find the courage to follow their hearts.
May Allah bless him and guide him on his journey, and may He ease the path for all those seeking the truth
