‘Discipline, love and family preservation drew me to Islam’- Brother Mwaka

Brother Mwaka form one of the villages in the Southern regions of Tanzania embraced Islam after having an encounter with the Duat in his community.

He is known to be a very hard working man, holds religion in high esteem as his community was a religious one.

He carried a lot of questions on his mind, not sure of who could provide him with the right answers.

The day he met the Duat in his community, he recognized them as kind individuals, committed to their mission and compassionate toward the community. This greatly intrigued him, and he began to study Islam through religious books. He was particularly drawn to the Islamic emphasis on respect, love, family preservation, and community welfare.

He embraced Islam after the Duat had answered his questions as the light of truth shone on his heart.
