The unique iERA Tanzania team

The iERA team is composed of young volunteers from various professions dedicated to the work of God. This team includes individuals from diverse fields such as teaching, engineering, and even pilots.

Their formal activities began two years ago, starting with zero Shahadas (conversions to Islam). Since then, they have successfully converted over 6,000 people in the regions of Mbeya and Iringa. Their commitment have been a key factor in achieving this milestone, alongside teaching new Muslims the fundamentals of the religion, such as prayer and Quran recitation.

Not only that but through their dedicated volunteers, the team has also reached people online through a special page on Facebook. Here, individuals have embraced Islam in groups after being informed about the truth.

However, these volunteers face numerous challenges, such as the lack of specific time for chatting or holding collective discussions to devise alternative ways to reach more people. Additionally, the lack of motivation due to economic reasons has sometimes deterred some volunteers from participating actively.
