iERA Leadership and Field leaders Align to Elevate Dawah.

Following the spiritual heights of a successful Ramadhan and the joy of Eid-el-Fitri, iERA Uganda has transitioned into a new season of strategic action. In a high-energy meeting, iERA leadership joined forces with coordinators and district heads to refine their approach to field operations, ensuring the “Prophetic Mission” reaches every corner of the country with excellence.

Brother Arshad, the iERA Regional Manager for Uganda and Rwanda, opened the session by thanking the entire team for their tremendous work and dedication during the holy month. However, he was quick to remind the leaders that the work of Dawah never rests.

He urged coordinators to “keep their eyes open” in the field, emphasizing that the prosperity of their mission depends on active, alert leadership. Most importantly, Brother Arshad reinforced a culture of fairness and transparency within the organization:

“My door is always open. If anyone feels unsatisfied or treated unfairly, approach me directly. We will ensure justice for everyone as we work together to champion this cause.”

The meeting also highlighted the need for professional standards among the Duats and Outreach Specialists. Brother Akram, the Education Officer, set a high bar for the teams, focusing on two critical areas.

He urged leaders to emphasize “smartness” among outreach specialists, noting that the way a caller to Islam presents themselves is the first impression the public receives.

Brother Akram re-echoed the vital importance of monitoring the New Muslim Support Classes. He tasked coordinators with ensuring that the teachings remain accurate and aligned with the core message of Islam.

To ensure these goals are met, Brother Arshad tasked the field leaders with maintaining strict discipline among the outreach specialists. By fostering a culture of accountability, iERA aims to create a field force that is not only passionate but also highly effective and organized.

The meeting concluded on a high note of gratitude and renewed commitment. The coordinators and district heads expressed a shared resolve to implement these new guidelines immediately.

With a unified leadership and a clear roadmap for the months ahead, iERA Uganda is poised to see Dawah flourish like never before, grounded in justice, professionalism, and the unwavering pursuit of the Prophetic Mission.
