As a new month of da’wah began, iERA officials gathered their coordinators and district heads to strategize on a more effective approach to their mission. With the new policy of no food at their events, the focus had shifted entirely to the power of the message itself. This engagement was a crucial step to ensure the teams were prepared for the challenges ahead.
The meeting brought together key figures, including Brother Arshad, the regional manager for Uganda and Rwanda, along with Brother Firdaus, the iERA Africa operations officer, and Brother Abdurahman, the iERA Uganda operations officer. Arshad urged everyone to be more dedicated and proactive, emphasizing the importance of timely reporting of any issues that arose in the field.

Firdaus appealed to the coordinators to find ways of empowering the outreach specialists, encouraging them to foster a sense of determination and ownership in their prophetic mission. The goal was to not only make their supervisory roles more visible but to also create a support system that would ease their work and empower every member of the team.
The coordinators and district heads listened intently, absorbing the advice and promising to put the strategies into immediate action. They committed to carrying these good words and empowering messages to the outreach specialists on the ground. The meeting concluded with a renewed sense of purpose and a unified vision: to ensure that even without the promise of a meal, the message of Islam would be spread with greater efficiency and dedication than ever before
