Nathan’s beautiful walk into the fold of Islam

Nathan Bumba, a devout Christian, had always been fascinated by the world of Islam, although it wasn’t until he attended a Muslim kids’ graduation ceremony at the local masjid that he truly began to see the beauty of the faith.

As he watched the young students confidently recite chapters from the Quran, Nathan was struck by their discipline and dedication.

He was amazed by the way they had memorized the verses, and he couldn’t help but feel a sense of admiration for the way Islam emphasized the importance of knowledge and education from a young age.

As he sat through the ceremony, Nathan turned to one of the Zambian iERA Duat and said, “I wish my kids could have this kind of education and upbringing. It’s truly inspiring to see these young Muslims learning and growing in their faith.”

The Da’ee smiled and said, “It’s never too late to start learning, Nathan, would you like to learn more about Islam?”

Nathan’s eyes lit up with interest, and he nodded eagerly. “Yes, I would love to learn more,” he said.

And so, Nathan began his journey to learn about Islam the team started with the basics, discussing the five Pillars of Islam and the importance of the Quran and the Hadith.

As Nathan learned more about Islam, he became increasingly fascinated by the beauty and simplicity of the faith.

He was struck by the emphasis on compassion, justice, and mercy, and he began to see the world in a new light.

However, despite his growing interest in Islam, Nathan was hesitant at first to take the final step and declare his faith. He wanted to learn more, to absorb as much knowledge as possible before making a decision.

The team respected Nathan’s decision and continued to support him on his journey, and as he delved deeper into the world of Islam, brother Nathan finally made a step to revert Islam.

As the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, “Whoever seeks guidance, Allah will guide him.”

We pray Nathan remains upon the guidance of Islam.
