“Spreading Knowledge and Peace: Dawah and Free Quran Distribution Across Brisbane and Caboolture”
In an inspiring initiative to foster understanding and connect with communities, Dawah teams have been actively engaging the public at various locations across Brisbane and Caboolture. On January 5th, 2025, a live Dawah session at Caboolture Market attracted people from all walks of life, offering a unique opportunity for locals and visitors to learn more about Islam and ask questions in an open, welcoming environment.
The main attraction? A beautifully set-up table featuring free Qurans and literature aimed at providing an introduction to the teachings of Islam. The Dawah table offered people the chance to take home a free copy of the Quran, one of the most widely read books in the world, in hopes of sparking deeper conversations and promoting peace and understanding.
The Dawah teams have been working tirelessly across the North Brisbane area, including prominent spots like Caboolture and Brisbane city, setting up tables that are not just about giving out literature, but also about engaging in meaningful dialogue. Volunteers are committed to answering questions, dispelling misconceptions, and offering a friendly space to discuss faith and spirituality.
