Assalam Alaikum everyone! Alhamdulillah, it was truly a pleasure to be back at Carseldine Markets (QLD) after a long time away. The day was filled with fruitful interactions, and we were able to distribute about 10 copies of the Quran along with some informative brochures. We also had several meaningful conversations, each offering an opportunity to shed light on the true message of Islam. Here’s a summary of some key discussions that took place:

🔸 A Conversation with a Stall Owner: Seeking Spiritual Understanding
One of the stall owners stopped by and asked us to tell him more about the Quran. As we explained the basic teachings of Islam, he shared that he was spiritual and followed Buddhism to some extent. We took the opportunity to highlight how Islam provides a direct spiritual connection with Allah, emphasizing that the guidelines we follow are not only aimed at building a healthy, functioning society but also at maintaining a pure relationship with Allah. We even shared how our eating habits are regulated through Ramadan to help us worship Allah better and avoid overindulgence, which clears the mind. Despite offering him a Quran, he left abruptly. May Allah guide him (hidayah) and open his heart to the truth.
🔸 Challenging Misconceptions About the Quran
A lady approached us, initially stating she didn’t believe in organized religion, but then made a comment suggesting the Quran was merely copied from the Bible. Realizing she might not be as agnostic as she claimed, we proceeded to address her misconceptions. We discussed the authenticity of the Bible and pointed out errors in its text, citing Christian scholarship as evidence. Although she was left speechless, she took a brochure with her, and we pray that it helps her reconsider her views on Islam and guides her heart toward the truth, Insha’Allah.
🔸 A Gentleman Interested in Islam
Another gentleman approached us, mentioning that he had already read the Quran and explored other religions. He expressed a strong inclination toward Islam, but unfortunately had to leave quickly as his family was waiting for him. We hope to see him again the next time we set up our stall and continue the conversation, Insha’Allah. May Allah guide him and grant him a deeper understanding of the faith.
Reflections and Gratitude
We ask Allah to bless all those who visited our stall, whether they took material or engaged in discussions with us. May Allah guide their hearts and grant them hidayah. Ameen. Additionally, we would like to express our gratitude to all the brothers who supported the Dawah effort that day. Your presence and dedication are a source of great blessing. May Allah continue to reward you for your efforts and make it a means of benefit for others, Ameen
