Joseph Banda didn’t know he would see people☪️ ever committed to a faith🕋 and practice it as if it was a part of their survival until he met a group of Muslims☪️ in his dormitory and spent time with them.
Although these people he had met were from different walks of life, being of different tribes🛖 and from different parts of his country🌍, they were united when they prayed with one person leading them in a language they all understood although they had never met in their previous lives.
He spent time observing them as they prayed🕋 in humility and grace.
Joseph saw patience when they delt with each other although he didn’t understand what was happening.
He kept wondering what would cause a people who just met to be disciplined in a way that they were peaceful in their actions, he didn’t understand their faith but he was ready to learn as he had seen a peculiar illumination around them.
He found tranquility when he was around them and as he completed his course and went his separate way, he carried the memories he had shared with the group of Muslims☪️🕋 he had lived with.
One day, while engaging with his community, he came across IERA Duat (Islamic🕋🕋 outreach workers) sharing the beauty of Islam☪️🕌. The words resonated deeply, connecting the dots between what he had observed in his friends and the teachings of the faith🕌.
Intrigued, Joseph began to explore Islam more deeply. He devoured books, attended lectures, and engaged in conversations with Muslims☪️🕋.
The more he learned, the more he felt a sense of clarity and purpose. The values of compassion, justice⚖️⚖️, and self-refinement that Islam🕋☪️ emphasized resonated with his own aspirations.
With a heart💓 full of conviction, Joseph decided to embrace Islam☪️🕋. The sense of peace and belonging he experienced was overwhelming. He felt like he had finally found his spiritual home.
Now, Joseph is eager to deepen his knowledge📖📖 and commitment to his new faith. He joins Islamic🕋☪️ classes, attends lectures, and participates in community events. His journey inspires those around him, and he hopes to encourage others to explore the beauty of Islam.
