A new start for the sisters in Rwanda
It wasn’t easy for the sisters in Rwarutabura after reverting to Islam.
They were previous call girls; who after attending a mass dawah event by iERA, decided to convert to Islam and leave their old ways behind.

Their old friends mocked them and told them they would go back, but three months later, the sisters stood firm in their religion. Alhamdulillah.

After the grace of Allah, iERA and the Muslim community from Masjid Maruwa, came together to support them with a small halal businesses to help them sustain themselves.

Five of the sisters who had a strong educational background were enrolled at an advanced Islamic training centre, where they will learn how to give dawah professionally, in sha Allah.
