Mercedes del Valle, a 62-year-old woman residing on the outskirts of Buenos Aires, Argentina, discovered the Quran not because someone gave her the book, but through a TikTok video. Intrigued by what she saw, she decided to investigate further. She searched for it on the Play Store to read it, and since then, the Quran became her daily guide. Later, she was able to connect with the community, and at the mosque, she was given a physical copy.

To those reading the Quran, she would say, “I would tell them that what is written is true and that they should read it every day. It’s a life changer.” 

For Mercedes, the distribution of the Quran is very important, as she believes it is necessary to let people know that it is not just any book, but a sacred one. 

Although many give it away without explanation, she believes it is essential to explain why it is interesting and valuable, so that more people can benefit from its wisdom and spiritual guidance.
