During a recent street dawah session in Scarborough, the IERA team engaged in a meaningful and memorable conversation with a man who expressed belief in God but felt uncertain about which path was truly right. His openness created a warm and thoughtful exchange, allowing the team to share the foundations of Islamic belief with clarity and sincerity.
As the discussion unfolded, the man showed genuine interest in understanding more about Islam. He asked thoughtful questions, listened attentively, and reflected deeply on the explanations given about the Qur’an, the oneness of God, and the purpose of life. His curiosity and sincerity set the tone for a heartfelt dialogue.

By the end of the conversation, he requested a copy of the Qur’an so he could read and explore the message further on his own. The team gladly provided it, hoping it would serve as a source of guidance, reflection, and clarity for him as he continues his spiritual search.
This encounter reminded the team of the importance of sharing the message of Islam with wisdom, patience, and compassion. Every sincere conversation has the potential to plant a seed of guidance, and moments like these strengthen the commitment to outreach and education.
The words of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ reflect the reward of such efforts: “By Allah, if Allah were to guide one man through you, it would be better for you than red camels.” This noble encouragement continues to inspire the team to spread the message with kindness and humility, trusting that Allah guides hearts toward truth.
