IERA Reporting System Gets a Major Boost: November 2024 Updates

The IERA Reporting System received a significant upgrade this November 2024, packed with enhancements designed to provide deeper insights into dawah activities and streamline data analysis. These updates focus on increased access to individual data, enhanced graphical dashboards, and greater flexibility in data analysis. Let’s dive into the specifics:

Individual Street Dawah Activities Now Accessible

Previously, access to individual street dawah activity records was limited, hindering a comprehensive understanding of on-the-ground efforts. This has now changed. Responding to feedback from country admins, access has been expanded to include district heads, country admins, continental admins, and global admins. This allows for a overview view of street dawah activities at all levels.

Navigating to this information is simple. Within the “Dawah Activities” section of the sidebar, a new “Street Dawah” link (located just below “door-to-door”) provides access to street dawah activity data categorized by country, coordinator, and team. This update empowers administrators to effectively monitor and track individual contributions to dawah efforts.

Continental Admin Dashboard Gets a Visual Upgrade

Following the successful implementation of graphical dashboards for Global Admins, Continental Admins now also benefit from this powerful visualization tool. The enhanced dashboard offers a more engaging and informative overview of dawah activities within each continent.

Key metrics now presented graphically include:

  • Continental Shared Islam With
  • Shahadah Counts
  • Duat (Outreach Specialists)
  • Shahadahs per Duat (continental and country level)
  • New Muslim Attendance

A particularly exciting addition is the Shahadah Projection Model. This feature estimates shahadah trends until the end of the IERA year, both at the continental level and broken down by country. This provides valuable foresight for planning and resource allocation.

These graphical enhancements empower continental admins to analyze trends, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions for more effective dawah initiatives.

Global Admin Dashboard: Quarterly Data Analysis Now Available

Last month saw the introduction of graphical data representation for the Global Admin dashboard, focusing on yearly data. This month, the system has been further enhanced to include quarterly data analysis.

A new dropdown menu allows users to select a specific quarter and instantly view the corresponding graphical reports. This provides a more granular understanding of dawah performance, enabling admins to track progress more precisely, identify patterns, and adapt strategies as needed. This added flexibility makes the Global Admin dashboard an even more powerful tool for strategic oversight.

These November updates represent a significant step forward for the IERA Reporting System. By providing greater access to individual data, enhancing graphical dashboards, and adding quarterly data analysis, the system now offers a more comprehensive and dynamic view of dawah activities. These improvements will undoubtedly contribute to more effective planning, monitoring, and ultimately, greater success in sharing the message of Islam.
