In a commendable effort to enhance performance and dedication among the Duat, Coordinators, and district heads, iERA Uganda’s Country manager, Brother Muhammad, introduced a friendly competition.
The goal was set high: 900 shahadahs for the month, with the promise that the district head who met or exceeded this target would receive a special award.
Brother Sentamu, a District head, rose to the challenge and with unwavering dedication and the support of his team, he not only met the target but surpassed it, achieving an impressive 1,000 shahaddahs during the month-long Daawah mission.
His exceptional performance and commitment were acknowledged in a gathering of all district heads and coordinators, where Brother Muhammad expressed his heartfelt thanks.
During the ceremony, Brother Muhammad praised Brother Sentamu for his outstanding efforts and encouraged him to continue carrying the mantle of excellence. This recognition is part of a broader initiative to motivate all iERA Uganda team members to strive for continuous improvement and to be the best in their roles.
Brother Muhammad also announced that coordinators who demonstrate exceptional dedication and hard work will also be appreciated and awarded, Inshallah.
This initiative has been warmly received, fostering a spirit of healthy competition and driving all teams towards greater achievements.
The teams were thrilled with the performance appraisal initiative, and Alhamdulillah, their collective efforts are making a significant impact in spreading the message of Islam in Uganda.
Brother Sentamu’s success serves as an inspiration to all, showing that dedication and hard work truly pays off.
