Brother Arshad, the iERA Rwanda country manager and supervisor for iERA Uganda, is currently in Uganda to oversee the country’s Dawah activities.
His visit has been marked by a series of important meetings with iERA Uganda’s dedicated teams, including district heads and coordinators. During these meetings, Brother Arshad emphasized the importance of fulfilling their responsibilities regarding the Prophetic mission with utmost dedication and integrity.
While addressing the teams at the Kampala office, Brother Arshad reminded them to focus on guiding the Duat along the right path and to always remember the primary reason they are on the field.
He expressed his gratitude to the team for their tremendous contributions to the Prophetic mission of spreading the Dawah.
One of the key points Brother Arshad stressed was the need for effective planning and coordination.
He urged district heads to collaborate closely with Coordinators to create detailed itineraries.
Each district head should have an itinerary outlining their visits to coordinators, while Coordinators should maintain an itinerary for visiting different villages.
This structured approach, he said, would significantly improve their efficiency.
Brother Arshad highlighted the importance of district heads being fully aware of their coordinators’ whereabouts at all times. He emphasized the need for competency and diligence, urging everyone to perform their duties with excellence.
In addition to meeting with field teams, Brother Arshad also addressed the office team, encouraging them to be more effective in their roles. His visit and directives have been well-received, inspiring the iERA Uganda teams to continue improving and working hard in the noble mission.
Brother Arshad’s visit has reinvigorated the iERA Uganda teams, providing them with clear guidance and motivation to excel in their roles.
