A Journey of Gratitude: The Lasting Impact of Da’wah

In a heartwarming testament to the transformative power of Da’wah, Daud M’bwana, a devoted Muslim from a remote village, embarked on a long journey to visit the iERA office.

His purpose was simple yet profound: to express his deep gratitude for the life-changing impact of iERA’s outreach efforts on his community.

“We were just a few Muslims before your coming, but now, Alhamdulillah, our Masjid is full of new Muslims who embraced Islam after your Da’wah,” he shared with the iERA team, his voice brimming with emotion.

M’bwana’s village is one of many that have been profoundly touched by iERA’s mission, bringing the message of Islam to those who previously had little or no knowledge of it. Yet, his visit was not solely one of appreciation—it was also a heartfelt plea for continued support.

“When you left, I took the responsibility of teaching the new Muslims on my shoulders. However, I only have basic knowledge of Islam. Sometimes they ask questions that I don’t know how to answer,” he admitted. “You cannot be there forever, but I still feel that if you extend your stay, the new Muslims will benefit even more.”

His words reflect the ongoing need for structured Islamic education in newly converted communities, ensuring that new Muslims receive the necessary guidance to strengthen their faith.

Before departing, M’bwana made a heartfelt du’a, asking Allah to bless everyone involved in iERA’s efforts and to grant Jannah to those who support the noble mission of spreading Islam.

His visit serves as a powerful reminder: Da’wah does not end with conversion—it continues through education, mentorship, and unwavering dedication to nurturing new Muslims in their faith. It is a responsibility that iERA strives to fulfill, ensuring that every new Muslim finds the support and knowledge they need to grow in their journey of Islam.
