During our daily Qur’an class held under a tree, something deeply moving took place. A young man, usually silent and observant, quietly rose today with visible humility.
The teacher approached him gently, took his hand, and showed him how to perform ablution. As the water flowed over his hands and face, tears began to fall not of sadness, but of peace. His heart had found something it had long been searching for.

The teacher said softly, “This water doesn’t just remove dust; it purifies the soul.” The young man, trembling, replied, “Today, I understand the meaning of inner purity.” Everyone present, elders, women, and children watched with awe and reverence.
After completing wudu, he raised his hands and recited the Shahada with conviction “Ash-hadu an lā ilāha illa-llāh, wa ash-hadu anna Muhammadan rasūlullāh.”
Today, the water that touched the ground became a symbol of guidance. It marked the beginning of this young man’s journey as a Muslim. We pray that Allah strengthens him in his new faith and fills his path with light and knowledge.
