Faith Can Be Built Anywhere

Brother Paulo was a well-known young man in his village, famous for his work selling coffins. Though he served grieving families daily, deep inside he carried many questions about life and death.

One day, the iERA Tanzania team, while out doing da’wah, visited his shop. Without hesitation or judgment about his profession, they initiated a gentle and wise conversation by asking “Every day you prepare others for their final journey but have you prepared for yours?”

The question struck his heart and got him thinking deeply. The du’aat then continued to explain, with wisdom, the purpose of life, the reality of death, and the mercy of Allah. They spoke of why we live, what our goal is, and what awaits us after this life.

Those words of truth awakened Paulo’s heart to recognize the real path and the purpose of his existence. Eventually, he embraced the light of Islam and pronounced the Shahadah with sincerity and conviction.
