iERA Malawi and Uganda Join Forces to Revolutionize Village Dawah

In a powerful move to streamline and elevate Dawah footprints across the African continent, Islamic Education and Research Academy (iERA) coordinators from Malawi recently touched down in Uganda, launching a high-level collaborative initiative with their Ugandan counterparts and district heads.

The strategic meeting, aimed at fostering cross-border learning and operational excellence, marked a significant milestone for iERA’s mission in East and Southeast Africa.

Speaking during the meeting, the iERA Uganda Country Manager, Brother Arshad, delivered a passionate charge to the visiting Malawian team. As they prepare to deploy into the field, he urged them to prioritize raw, unfiltered reporting from the grassroots.

“Report exactly what you find on the ground,” Brother Arshad emphasized. “Real, accurate data from the field is the ultimate key to improving and tailoring our Dawah strategies to fit the unique needs of our village communities.”

Brother Arshad further appealed to the iERA Uganda coordinators and district heads to provide seamless logistical and local support, ensuring the visiting team reaches every remote corner. This deep-dive assessment, he noted, is crucial for generating substantial, actionable reports that will drive long-term impact. He concluded by thanking both teams for their relentless sacrifices in the cause of Dawah.

Echoing the sentiment of unity, iERA Uganda’s Operations Manager, Brother Yahya, expressed deep gratitude to the delegation for their profound endeavors. He reminded the gathering that the success of the mission relies heavily on mutual cooperation.

Brother Yahya urged the Ugandan regional leadership to actively brainstorm and share local insights with the Malawian team, creating a rich melting pot of ideas to refine and supercharge their collective Dawah methodology.

Responding on behalf of the visiting delegation, Brother Pemba thanked the Ugandan hosts for their warm reception. He pledged that the Malawi team is not just here to observe, but to roll up their sleeves and work.

Brother Pemba promised that his team would offer direct hands-on assistance within the local villages throughout their stay—a gesture aimed at fostering tangible, positive transformation in the communities they serve.

With two powerhouse teams uniting under one vision, this collaborative field mission is set to pave the way for a more robust, effective, and deeply connected Dawah network across Africa.
