Emmanuel Emedi’s story, reverting to Islam☪️🕌and becoming a beacon of hope🤞

Emmanuel was born into a staunch Christian home.✝️🏠

He has never been exposed to any faith apart from that of Christianity.

Things however began to change for him when he had an encounter with Muslims☪️ who had visited his village.

The Muslims were in the village purposefully to teach them about what Islam is and what it teaches.

The team were there under the umbrella of iERA.

Prior to Emmanuel meeting them, he believed Christianity to be the only true religion, however, his curiosity grew more and more with the presence of the iERA Duats.

He accepted Islam upon interacting with them on their first program and was recruited to be a part of a mentorship program dubbed ‘Six month New Muslim Imam Program’.

The program has been put in place to train New Muslims and equip them with enough knowledge on how to lead communities in prayers in localities without Muslim leadership.

The mentorship also taught these New Muslims how to invite their fellow kit and kin to the fold of Islam.

When the mentorship came to an end, Emmanuel had been inspired to become a caller to Islam as well.

He found himself helping the iERA Duats call other non-Muslims to Islam and volunteered with passion in communities outside his home.

Emmanuel in the cause of his dawah has invited over 15 people to Islam🕌 and continues to become a beacon of hope for the iERA Duat.

He has inspired the team to never give up in the mission they are embarking on.

May Allah continue to guide Emmanuel on the straight path🛣️ and increase him in beneficial knowledge.
