Mwanza Region, a family of six who were not Muslims met visitors known as Duat individuals inviting others to Islam. The duat came to their home to share the message of Islam and introduce themselves as Muslims. At first, the family was doubtful. One member asked if Islam involved worshiping spirits and if the call to prayer (Adhana) was meant to summon or worship these spirits. These questions reflected common misconceptions in the area.

One duat patiently explained that Islam is the religion of the one true God, who commands all creatures, humans, spirits, and everything else to worship Him alone. The Adhana is a call to all beings to remember and worship Allah, not spirits. The duat then provided the meaning and interpretation of the Adhana.
As they listened, the family realized their fears were based on false information. By the end, all six family members embraced Islam, declaring their faith with the Takbir.
