Strengthening the Mission: iERA Uganda Leaders Unite to Boost Da’wah Impact

In a bid to enhance the effectiveness of field operations, iERA Uganda coordinators and district heads convened today at the iERA Uganda offices for a strategic meeting focused on improving the outreach specialists’ da’wah efforts across the country.

The meeting, described as timely and purposeful, brought together key leaders who play a central role in guiding and supporting da’wah on the ground.

Brother Abdurahman, the iERA Uganda Operations Officer, addressed the gathering with a passionate reminder about the importance of clear and consistent communication with their outreach teams.

“We must ensure effective communication with our subordinates,” he emphasized. “We are doing this for the sake of Allah, and it is from Him that we should expect our reward not from people.”

Echoing this sentiment, Brother Akram, the iERA Uganda Education Officer, appealed to coordinators to closely monitor their outreach specialists to ensure they are following the official curriculum.

“It’s essential to follow up and verify whether the outreach specialists understand the curriculum they’re using,” he said, reinforcing the importance of educational integrity in the da’wah mission.

The coordinators responded with renewed energy and commitment. Speaking on behalf of his colleagues, Coordinator Faizal expressed gratitude to the facilitators for their guidance and encouragement.

“We thank you for reminding us of our responsibility. In shaa Allah, we will continue this prophetic mission, energized and more focused,” he affirmed.

This meeting marks a significant step in strengthening the iERA Uganda da’wah network, aligning teams with a shared vision and a clear sense of purpose to spread the message of Islam with knowledge, sincerity, and excellence.

As the coordinators return to their districts, they carry with them a renewed commitment to lead with integrity, ensure educational consistency, and most importantly, serve Allah in their noble mission of da’wah.
