Today, immediately after meeting with a young man who owns a car wash near my home after visiting his office, he said to me, “Sheikh Saed, I want to fast this week that Ramadan begins and ask for forgiveness so that I can become a Muslim because I have seen the true religion.”
I was surprised and asked him, “Are you not a Muslim?” He replied, “No.” I was surprised because this young man, whenever I pass by, I greet him and preach to him about what God wants in this world, that our success should be directed towards Allah so that we may succeed in this world and the Hereafter.
Allahu Akbar! After our conversation, I told him that becoming a Muslim is very easy and there is no need to wait until tomorrow to enter Ramadan to become a Muslim. Becoming a Muslim is just uttering a few words, and you are already a Muslim, and Allah forgives all sins.
After our conversation, he uttered the Shahada. Truly, this is among the blessings within the month of Ramadan.
