The wife of Ally Jafar Katera, one of the outreach specialists in Tanzania took it upon herself to do a massive effort to help propagate the message of Islam.
When the Duat arrived in the village, the number of the reverts in the who attended the new Muslim classes were just four in number.
Sher took it upon herself with the help of her friends to move from house to house to invite these reverts to the classes and this effort actually paid off massively.
Ally’s wife suggested that he seek permission to go out into the community and encourage other women to join the classes and learn about the noble religion of Islam.
This strategy of utilizing women to reach out to other women proved to be effective, making it easier for many to join the classes.
