In a powerful display of commitment to Islamic outreach, iERA Uganda recently conducted a high-level induction program designed to revitalize and professionalize the efforts of local duats (callers to Islam). Led by Education Officer Brother Akram, the session served as both a strategic audit and a motivational springboard for those tasked with the noble mission of Dawah.
The atmosphere was charged with purpose as Brother Arshad, the iERA Regional Manager for Uganda and Rwanda, took the floor. His message was clear: Dawah is not merely a task, but a spiritual calling that must resonate from the bottom of the heart.
Brother Arshad challenged the duats to move beyond a “supervised” mindset. He urged them to fulfill the mission through personal conviction rather than waiting for external direction, focus on securing rewards from Allah above all else and act as self-starters in the field, driven by the weight of the Prophetic legacy.
Complementing the spiritual charge, Brother Akram focused on the practicalities of effective communication. He emphasized smartness both in intellect and physical appearance. As ambassadors of Islam, Brother Akram noted that being exemplary in conduct and grooming is a vital component of the Prophetic mission, ensuring that the message is received with respect and openness.

The day began with the soul-stirring melodies of Quranic recitation, a deliberate choice to remind the team of the perpetual need for learning and the immense blessings found in the Holy Book.
Following the formal induction, the momentum shifted to the grassroots level.
Reinvigorated and armed with fresh strategies, the teams headed back into the field, marking the start of a new month with renewed energy.
“The goal is not just to spread a message, but to embody it. By empowering our duats with both spiritual sincerity and professional excellence, iERA Uganda is ensuring that the light of Dawah prospers across the region.”
With this successful induction, iERA Uganda reaffirms its position as a credible and formidable force in Islamic propagation, proving that when education meets passion, the results are truly transformative.
Brother Arshad visited the local training center to observe the progress of current trainees. He addressed the students directly, urging them to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world application.
