Updates from iERA Uganda’s trip to Malawi

The iERA Uganda representatives have finally returned to Uganda after attending the maiden cross country dawah trip in Malawi.

The two representatives, Brother Eden and Brother Yahya, upon entering Kampala were giving a warm welcome and led to the iERA office where they briefed those present on what knowledge and information they gathered from the trip.

The journey was aimed at learning new tactics to enhance Uganda’s Prophetic mission.

During this meeting, Brother Eden expressed his gratitude to the iERA Uganda office for entrusting them with the mission to Malawi, describing the trip as highly educative.

He indicated that, one of the key lessons they learned in Malawi was the importance of teamwork and the innovative techniques employed to encourage reversions to Islam.

He mentioned that the Malawi team uses familiar songs, such as “Fanana,” to demonstrate to non-Muslims how they should emulate Jesus in worship and daily practices, including attire.

Brother Yahya also admitted that the coordinators in Malawi are very objective and utilize their authority to advance the prophetic mission.

He explained that these coordinators actively engage in teaching new Muslims, and from these classes, several promising individuals are selected for further training.

These individuals are taught for a month and are honored with gifts during a graduation ceremony.

The team expressed their deep appreciation to iERA Uganda for the opportunity to learn and bring back valuable insights.

The dedication to continuous learning and improvement is evident, and the new tactics learned in Malawi are expected to significantly enhance the Prophetic mission in Uganda.
