The streets of downtown Vancouver became a place of reflection, meaningful conversations, and life-changing moments as volunteers gathered for another week of the What’s Your Goal? World Cup Dawah Campaign.
Wearing their campaign shirts and equipped with Qur’ans and dawah materials, the team set out with one purpose: to share the message of Islam with sincerity and compassion. Joining the outreach were Br. Ashraf Schneider and Ust. Yusuf Chambers, who stood alongside dedicated volunteers as they engaged members of the public in conversations about faith, purpose, and the meaning of life.
Many people had simply come into the city to enjoy their evening. Yet for some, an unexpected conversation became the beginning of a completely new journey. As questions were answered and hearts opened, several individuals embraced Islam and declared their shahadah. Alhamdulillah.

These moments are a powerful reminder that dawah is often built on simple acts of kindness—a welcoming smile, a thoughtful question, or a sincere conversation. No one can predict which interaction Allah will use to guide a heart, but every effort made for His sake carries immense reward.
Behind every outreach is a community of volunteers and supporters whose contributions make these opportunities possible. Every Qur’an distributed, every conversation held, and every new Muslim welcomed is part of a collective effort to convey the message of Islam.
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught that whoever guides another person to goodness will receive a reward similar to that of the one who acts upon it. Through supporting dawah, believers share in the ongoing reward of lives transformed by Allah’s guidance—reward that continues as new Muslims worship Allah, perform righteous deeds, and pass the message of Islam on to future generations.
May Allah accept the efforts of every volunteer and supporter, keep our new brothers and sisters steadfast upon Islam, and continue to guide many more hearts through these sincere efforts. Ameen.
