Recently, our team visited Hogwell Ring Mosque in Luton to deliver an inspiring Dawah training course for the local community. With around 30 to 40 brothers and sisters attending, the course was vibrant and engaging, featuring role plays, interactive sessions, and thoughtful questions. The energy and enthusiasm of the participants were remarkable, highlighting the community’s eagerness to learn and serve in the path of Allah.
As part of our efforts, we launched a strengthened Dawah team to boost local outreach. Following the training, we took to the streets of Luton, particularly Marsh Road, for a practical community Dawah challenge. Handing out gift bags, sweets, chocolates, and English-translated Qurans, we witnessed an incredible response from the public. Interestingly, many people were more interested in receiving the Quran than the chocolates, reflecting a genuine hunger for spiritual guidance and a search for purpose, peace, and blessings in life.
The day demonstrated that Islam continues to attract hearts seeking clarity and meaning. The outreach was not just about distribution; it was about interaction, connection, and meeting people’s spiritual curiosity with kindness and knowledge.
Our team is ready to bring this program to other towns and cities—offering Dawah training courses, creating and strengthening local teams, or organizing Arise events featuring scholars such as Sheikh Abdurahim Green and Sheikh Yusuf Chambers. By empowering communities through knowledge and practical Dawah, we hope to inspire more individuals to engage with Islam and share its message with others.
