STAGE 0: RECRUITMENT.

Overview.

In our commitment to advancing the Prophetic Mission globally, the recruitment process for Global Outreach Specialists follows a strategic and comprehensive approach. Divided into six key steps, the process begins with crafting a detailed trip proposal for Management approval, ensuring alignment with our charitable objectives. Subsequently, the recruitment stage involves scouting, advertising, and interviewing potential Outreach Specialists.

After interviews, the process delves into risk assessments, due diligence, and, upon Senior Management approval, progresses to negotiating contractor agreements. This step includes informal discussions, fee negotiations, and securing agreements.

The contract stage involves sending official documents, while rejected candidates receive considerate communication. For successful candidates, the onboarding process entails setting up email addresses, providing login details, and ensuring compliance with organizational due diligence.

By systematically navigating these stages, the recruitment process strives to uphold iERA’s values and objectives, fostering a dedicated team of Global Outreach Specialists to compassionately and intelligently share Islam with the world.
