Lady embraces Islam after having her misconceptions dismissed

A 25-year-old lady from Ntokela village in Rungwe District in Tanzania, had always believed some strange misconceptions about Islam.

He thought that Muslims extracted the intestines of a dead person during the washing process and that they kept Jinns to help their lives succeed.

One day, he met a daee from iERA who were inviting people to learn about Islam.

Curious, he approached them and asked, “I believe Muslims keep Jinns and remove a person’s intestines when they die. Is that true?”

They explained to him that Islam strongly condemns witchcraft and the use of Jinn, as it is considered major shirk. They clarified that Islam has no connection with such practices and that no one is allowed to control or use Jinn.

They also explained that in Islam, the deceased are treated with great respect and there is no practice of eating a person’s flesh or removing their body parts.

After hearing this, he was shocked, as he had lived his entire life believing these misconceptions about Islam.

The very next day, she came to the mosque, recited the Shahada, and embraced Islam.

We pray to Allah to keep her firm in her new faith and grant her greater understanding of Islam.
