Pedaling the path of Dawah: Empowering Du’at to illuminate hearts

Alhamdulillah! A new and transformative chapter in the journey of Da’wah has been written in Uganda today.

Through the collaborative efforts of a compassionate charitable organization and iERA Uganda, over 30 committed Du’at have been equipped with bicycles—practical, powerful tools that will accelerate their mission of spreading the beautiful message of Islam.

The handover ceremony was graced by Brother Arshad, Regional Manager of iERA Uganda and Rwanda, who, along with the operations team, delivered these valuable gifts with heartfelt encouragement. In his motivating address, Brother Arshad urged the Du’at to harness this new opportunity to extend their reach, amplify their impact, and raise their targets in Da’wah.

Brother Abdurahman, iERA’s Operations Officer, reminded the Du’at that these bicycles are more than just a means of transport—they are vital instruments of change. “Care for these bicycles,” he said. “Use them to revisit distant villages, support our new Muslim brothers and sisters, and leave no soul untouched by the message of Islam.”

His words ignited a renewed sense of purpose, highlighting how such a seemingly simple gift can create ripples of transformation.

This initiative is a milestone in bridging the gap between urban and remote communities, allowing Du’ats to travel farther, faster, and more frequently. It represents a strategic push in ensuring that even the most isolated hearts receive the light of guidance.

May Allah accept the efforts of iERA Uganda, the partnering charity, and every Du’at dedicated to this noble path.

We pray that these bicycles become vehicles of Hidayah, bringing about countless Shahadahs and nurturing vibrant, flourishing Muslim communities across Uganda.

Indeed, when the tools are placed in the right hands, the journey toward Jannah becomes a little smoother and the destination a lot brighter.
