In a powerful effort to re‑energize and empower the du’at who tirelessly move from village to village for 25 days spreading the message of tawheed, iERA organized a mega retreat that brought together du’at from three districts.
The one‑day gathering became a beacon of guidance and unity. iERA leaders used the platform to inspire, correct, and strengthen the prophetic mission of the du’at.
Brother Nahdy, the country manager, emphasized the importance of seeking knowledge. He reminded the du’at that dawah is not about holding on to what they already know, but about continuously learning. “Knowledge gives power over challenges and equips us to guide new Muslims with wisdom,” he stressed.

Meanwhile, operations manager Brother Yahya spoke firmly on discipline. He explained that indiscipline cannot be tolerated and urged the du’at to make real changes in their efforts once they return to the field. His words carried weight, pushing the du’at to reflect deeply on their mission.
The retreat was not only about lectures and empowerment—it was also about unity and joy. Du’at from different districts engaged in games that bonded them together, creating friendships and laughter that strengthened their brotherhood.
By the end of the retreat, the du’at promised change. They vowed to apply the lessons learned, to seek knowledge, to uphold discipline, and to elevate their dawah work with renewed energy.
This mega retreat was more than a meeting—it was a turning point. A day of empowerment, unity, and commitment to ensure that the message of Islam reaches every single door, every single heart.
