As the World Cup captures the attention of people around the world, it is also creating opportunities to share the timeless message of Islam. In Vancouver, volunteers launched the What’s Your Goal? World Cup Dawah Campaign, using the excitement surrounding the tournament to inspire conversations about life’s greatest purpose.
The campaign brought together volunteers of all ages, united by a shared desire to convey the message of Islam with wisdom and compassion. Beginning with the simple question, “What’s your goal?”, they engaged people from many different backgrounds in thoughtful discussions about purpose, success, faith, and our relationship with our Creator.
Throughout the outreach, conversations took place with young people, seniors, Christians, Jews, and many others who were willing to stop, reflect, and ask sincere questions. What started as a discussion about football often developed into meaningful exchanges about the purpose of life and the message of Islam.

One of the most encouraging aspects of the campaign was the enthusiasm of the younger volunteers. Their eagerness to participate demonstrated a growing commitment to dawah and a recognition of the unique opportunities that major public events can provide for sharing Islam with others.
The Vancouver outreach is another reminder that sincere conversations can open hearts and plant seeds of guidance in unexpected places. As volunteers continue to engage communities across Canada, the What’s Your Goal? campaign serves as a powerful example of how everyday moments can become opportunities to invite others to reflect on faith and the purpose of life.
May Allah accept the efforts of everyone involved and continue to guide hearts to His path. Ameen.
