“From a Message to a Legacy: How Small Acts of Da’wah Echo into Eternity”

Just a few minutes ago I received this question from a revert we last spoke to each other in August last year. It’s been a few years (almost 2 years ago) since we mentored him. Sometimes, when I get these messages it shocks me to my core. I remembered we put a lot of effort especially post-covid to teach and mentor many reverts. I never took it as anything special. It was like a fard kifayah and an obligation when I looked at it. However, now I see the changes it has made in people’s lives and mine.

Imagine I was dead today, the unknown rewards for the efforts of me and my beloved brothers and sisters will possibly reach us in our grave. No accolades are required but sincerity with Allah. The life of this revert has changed to the level that, he had to ask about an issue to confirm it is in line with what Allah is pleased with. That is a massive change, Allahu Akbar.

This is a call my brother and sisters, NEVER belittle what you do for Allah. Like I always say, use your little time ( that includes 30 minutes a week) or earnings (that includes ₦10) to help the Dawah, or mentor a revert. The sadaqah jariyah here is massive.

May Allah strengthen our iman and that of our beloved brother. Amin
