Under the warm sun and beneath the shade of mango trees, iERA Uganda duats gather with new Muslims each day, not only to teach, but to pray, guide, and grow together.
Brother Sulaiman, one of the dedicated duats, speaks of a remarkable change. His new Muslim support classes have become vibrant hubs of spiritual awakening. Each session begins with the basics of Islam simple lessons, shared conversations, and heartfelt encouragement. But what makes these classes truly special is the salah performed together every single day.
The new Muslims stand shoulder to shoulder with the duats, learning each movement and each word. Some brave volunteers from the class step forward to demonstrate the prayer, inspiring others to master the practice with confidence. “This has tremendously changed my classes,” Brother Sulaiman says with gratitude. “Praying together has brought us closer and strengthened their faith.”

In a unique and powerful approach, the duats select a few non-Muslims to practice the simple postures of prayer, helping them understand firsthand the beauty of Islamic worship. Afterwards, the duats lead a real salah, allowing the entire gathering to feel its peace.
Many who once stood as curious observers now return as committed believers.
Moved by the sincerity, unity, and truth they witness, hearts soften, questions fade, and new convictions are born. Month after month, more individuals embrace Islam, finding guidance through the New Muslim Support Classes that nurture them from their very first steps in faith.
In these humble villages, a quiet revolution of light is unfolding—one salah at a time, one heart at a time. And with every prayer performed together, the bond of faith grows stronger, illuminating the path for many more to follow.
