iERA Uganda Duats Recharged for the Prophetic Mission

The air buzzed with renewed purpose as the iERA Uganda duats gathered for a transformative retreat, marking a fresh start to their dawah month. These dedicated outreach specialists, poised to return to the villages, met not just to rest, but to sharpen their focus and strategize for the prophetic mission ahead.

The retreat, strategically organized by iERA Uganda, was a melting pot of ideas aimed at improving dawah on the ground. Discussions centered on practical ways to enhance outreach efforts and ensure the message of Islam resonated deeply within rural communities.

A powerful note of inspiration was struck by Brother Arshad, the iERA Uganda and Rwanda regional manager. His address was a fervent call to action, urging the duats to embrace a self-driven initiative. He stressed that since they are engaged in Allah’s mission, one payable on the Day of Judgement, they should not wait to be pushed. “Be your own motivator,” he implored, “for the reward is from Allah alone.” Arshad also expressed deep gratitude for their tireless efforts to spread dawah, but added a vital appeal: “As you attract people to Islam, remember to be even more kind—let your character be the light that guides them.”

The focus then shifted to professional integrity, championed by Brother Abdurahman, the iERA operations officer. He stressed the paramount importance of honesty in reporting. “Be true to yourselves,” he advised the outreach specialists, emphasizing the need for accurate information and transparent reporting of their dawah missions. This commitment to truth, he argued, is fundamental to the integrity and success of the entire operation.

Finally, the education officer weighed in, promising unwavering support. He assured the duats of readily available advice and assistance upon request. Crucially, he reminded them to strictly follow the syllabus while conducting the new Muslim support classes in the villages. This adherence ensures a consistent and comprehensive education for new converts.

As the retreat concluded, the iERA Uganda outreach specialists left energized, equipped with renewed spiritual vigor, practical strategies, and a strong commitment to both kindness and integrity. They headed back to the field, not just as outreach specialists, but as dedicated duats—self-motivated, heart-centered, and dedicated to lighting the path for others on the prophetic mission.
