Luheke was an elderly man known for his sharp mind and constant questions about life. He grew up in a family without strong religious ties, which left him with deep curiosity about existence. He often wondered, “What is the meaning of life, and who created the universe?” These thoughts stayed with him throughout his daily life.
One day, while carrying out his usual activities in the village, he met outreach from the Islamic Education and Research Academy. The outreach was calm, friendly, and approached him with a simple but thought-provoking question: “Have you ever reflected on why you are here in this world?” That question immediately captured his attention and made him pause in thought.

A conversation began between them, slowly unfolding into discussions about the existence of God, the purpose of life, and the message brought by the prophets. The outreach explained Islam in clear and simple terms, focusing on the oneness of Allah and the life of Prophet Muhammad . He listened carefully, finding the explanations logical and meaningful.
He was not pressured to make any decision quickly. Instead, he was given space to reflect, ask questions, and seek his own understanding. Over time, he began researching and thinking deeply on his own. He discovered that the teachings of Islam aligned with both his reasoning and his inner feelings.
Eventually, he returned to the outreach with certainty in his heart. With humility, he declared his faith, saying he believed there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His messenger. From that moment, he embraced Islam and began a new chapter of life filled with peace and purpose.
