iERA Uganda Empowers New Wave of Duats

In a powerful display of resilience and strategic growth, iERA Uganda recently concluded a transformative three-day induction program, welcoming a fresh cohort of passionate duats into the fold of the prophetic mission. The gathering wasn’t just a welcome ceremony; it was a rigorous blueprint for excellence designed to ensure that the message of Islam is shared with maximum efficiency, clarity, and grace.

Throughout the three-day intensive, the atmosphere was charged with purpose. The newly recruited duats were immersed in sessions specifically designed to keep their outreach both dynamic and attractive. Recognizing that the messenger is often as vital as the message, iERA leaders focused on the holistic development of the trainees.

The induction was anchored by Brother Arshad, the iERA Regional Manager for Uganda and Rwanda. His message was one of internal mastery:

“True impact begins with the self. Ensure self-control and personal discipline before waiting for external direction.”He also emphasized dedication, urging the duats to view their roles not as a job, but as a lifelong commitment to the truth.

To provide the recruits with a comprehensive toolkit, various district heads and officers shared “the grasps” of successful propagation. The training highlighted several core values:

Brother Yahya delivered a stirring call for collaboration and togetherness. He reminded the recruits that the prophetic mission is not a solo journey but a collective effort that requires unwavering discipline.

Brother Akram, the Education Officer, stressed the importance of smartness. In Dawah, first impressions matter, and representing the faith requires a standard of excellence in both appearance and conduct. As the training concluded, the theoretical phase ended and the practical mission began. These newly empowered duats have now officially integrated into their respective teams, hitting the ground running to spread the beauty of Islam across Uganda. With this infusion of fresh energy and structured guidance, the future of Dawah in the region looks brighter than ever.
