New iERA Regional Manager Calls for Honesty and Patience

In a spirited meeting with field teams, the newly appointed iERA Regional Manager for Uganda and Rwanda, Brother Nahdy, called on coordinators and district heads to uphold absolute transparency and integrity, reminding them that deceit has no place in the organization or in Islam.

Taking the helm across both nations, Brother Nahdy expressed deep gratitude to the field teams for their relentless dedication to da’wah. Acknowledging the day-to-day obstacles they encounter on the ground, he urged them to remain steadfast and patient in the face of ongoing challenges.

“I am here to work closely with you to keep the field work moving effectively,” Brother Nahdy assured the team, reaffirming his commitment to supporting ground operations and streamlining regional outreach efforts.

Reinforcing this call to action, Brother Yahya appealed to the coordinators and district leaders to respect established organizational hierarchies and follow official directives carefully. He emphasized that strict adherence to protocol and unified discipline are essential to ensuring the prophetic mission continues to run smoothly and efficiently across the region.
