iERA Uganda on a retreat after one month long dawah trip

The iERA Uganda team after completing their activities for the month of November had a retreat to re-energize and re boot their passion for the Prophetic Mission.

When the the vteam gathered, it was addressed by the Country Manager, Brother Mohammed and the head of Operations, Brother Abdur Rahman.

The first to address the Duat was Brother Mohammed and he did so in the most welcoming manner.

He then went straight to the reason for the gathering., he began the address with “Alhhamdulillah, we have completed another month of spreading the beautiful message of Islam, however, our journey is far from over, we must strive to improve on the quality of our dawah efforts and always be at the forefront.”

The team listened intently as Brother Muhammad posed a profound question, “Do we truly know who a real Muslim is?” The outreach specialists responded in unison, “A real Muslim is one who prays the five prayers as directed by the Prophet.”

Brother Muhammad nodded approvingly, emphasizing the importance of instilling this fundamental teaching in new Muslims.

Turning his attention to the quality of the new Muslim classes, Brother Muhammad highlighted the need for improvement. “

He added that ‘our shahaddahs are many, but our classes must match this enthusiasm. New Muslims need to understand Islam deeply before they can spread dawah to others.’

The retreat continued with Brother Abdurahman expressing his gratitude to the team.

He said, “you are carrying on the Prophetic mission of spreading dawah and keeping iERA strong.

Your efforts are invaluable, and you must continue to fulfill your obligations with dedication.’

He urged the coordinators to be more proactive in reporting issues from the Duat and encouraged everyone to enhance their systems for updating village reports.

“We must do more,” he emphasized, “and ensure our work reflects the true spirit of Islam.”

As the retreat concluded, the iERA Uganda team felt a renewed sense of purpose.

They had completed another month-long dawah mission, but their journey was just beginning.

With hearts full of gratitude and determination, they vowed to continue their efforts in spreading the message of Islam, one village at a time.
