John, at 30 years old, has been a Muslim for just over a year. Growing up, John’s background was a mix of cultures and faiths. His grandfather was Maltese, from a Catholic country, and his father followed Christianity. However, John never felt a strong connection to Christianity, even as he enjoyed the holiday festivities.
In his teenage years, John started attending church more regularly, but he began to question the teachings, especially the concept of the Trinity. These questions led him down a path of seeking truth.
Growing up, John faced challenges and often found himself caught in a lifestyle that included street culture and run-ins with the law. He had limited exposure to Islam and, like many, his first encounters with it were shaped by negative media and stereotypes.

Over time, John’s perspective evolved. He realized that much of the negativity he encountered was influenced by societal biases and algorithms that fed him negativity. As he grew older, he began to seek genuine understanding and started questioning the narratives he had been fed.
A pivotal moment came when John met Muslims who welcomed him with understanding and patience. Through open conversations and sincere interactions, he discovered the true essence of Islam—peace, unity, and the oneness of God.
Eventually, John embraced Islam with a newfound clarity and purpose. His family, initially uncertain, began to appreciate his journey and the positive changes in his life.
Today, John is passionate about sharing the beauty of Islam with others, and he dreams of building a supportive community and spreading understanding
